  • Participants will get access to the class portal once payment and registration has been completed. Each portal will have all classes scheduled and accessible prior to the start of the workshop.

  • This is a 6 week program, starting on September 23, 2025 and finishing October 27, 2025.

  • This is a LIVE virtual workshop which means you will be receiving instruction live from the instructor. Links for sessions will be provided after registration and payment.

  • Each session typically includes one to three homework activities that you can complete at your own pace. Two examples of assignments include a values exploration exercise and keeping a thought diary.
