  • The Helper's Toolkit: Counseling Skills for Non-Therapists

    This course is designed for people in helping roles such as coaches, managers, fitness instructors, HR staff, volunteers, spiritual leaders, or anyone who finds themselves holding space for others. You’ll learn foundational counseling skills to communicate with empathy, handle emotional conversations with care, and set healthy boundaries without needing to become a therapist.
